As dry fruits are gourmet consumable items, we accept return requests within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Item arrived damaged, defective, or with compromised vacuum seal.
• Incorrect product variant or weight was received.
• Product freshness does not meet Mewaraam’s guaranteed crunch standard.

How to Initiate a Replacement

Simply email our concierge team at mewaraamindia@gmail.com or message our WhatsApp helpline at +91 98765 43210 with your Order ID and photos. We will arrange a reverse pickup or dispatch a brand-new box at no additional cost.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method (Bank account, Credit Card, or UPI) within 3 to 5 banking business days.
